The staff are incredibly caring, professional, friendly, and compassionate. They truly take the time to make you feel comfortable and supported, and their dedication to providing excellent care is evident in everything they do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares about their clients and goes above and beyond to help.

I have had the privilege of working at Mountbatton Care for over three years, during which our team has consistently demonstrated compassion, commitment, and competence. Our carers go above and beyond to support our service users, ensuring their well-being and dignity are at the forefront of everything we do. Family involvement is a core value for us; we actively engage relatives in care planning to create personalized, holistic support that reflects each individual’s needs and preferences. I am proud of our team’s collaborative spirit and the positive impact we make in the lives of those we serve.
I’m proud to be part of this team and grateful for the continuous support from our management. Their guidance and encouragement help us stay focused on delivering high-quality care for our service users

We honestly can’t thank the team at Mountbatten enough for the care and kindness they’ve shown to our family member living with dementia. Watching someone you love go through this is incredibly hard, but the support we’ve received has made such a difference.
