6. Our Responsibilities

7. Fees and Payment

  • Fees for services will be agreed upon during the assessment process.
  • Invoices will be issued monthly and are payable within 30 days.

  • By the client: 14 days’ notice.
  • By Mountbatton Care Ltd: 30 days’ notice.

Immediate termination may occur in cases of serious misconduct or breach of terms.

  • Indirect or consequential losses.
  • Loss of data or business interruption.
  • Any damages arising from third-party services.
